Greeted in a friendly manner and very easy to place order.. The food was amazing. Everything was piping hot and well seasoned.... Fast friendly service! We don't have Runza at home so we always stop at one when traveling in NE. Love me a Runza!
Food was excellent as always! However we were missing multiple items from our to go order. After handing food out in the car. We... realized we were missing mulitiple items! Instead of believing me the kid at the counter insisted I go get all our food andbring it in to verify that we didnt get everything! I refused as my kids had already been given their food. After him insistingmultiple times and refusing to get the missing Items. He said he will go get the manager! I told him why would I come back into get missing items! We were eventually given the missing items. I have had items missing from plenty of restaurants and never ha e they told me to pretty much prove it! We were traveling and Not from here. I hadn't been here in years because I'm not from an area with a Runza restaurant. So I don't know how this location compares to... others. I do know that the Original Runza is delicious and I would recommend it. The milkshake was less than stellar even for afast food restaurant. A1 service with hot yummy comfort food. The Runza sandwich is a soft-baked single serve loaf of bread stuffed with cabbage,... onions, beef, and whatever else you night like. There are burgers and salads too! Don't forget to try frings--half fries halfonion rings! Read more
Very new to my taste buds but will be welcomed again. Soft bread fresh veggies hot fries and rings. Fast!!!
The service was fast. The food was delivered hot. The taste was average. Nothing that stood out with the exception that they... could have used less SALT!!!; in everything - fries, onion rings, burgers, Runza... everything was salty. The Runza was goodbut only because it was hot and it was my first time trying the sandwich. I would eat here again. Maybe once every three or fourweeks. Read more
