I called and ordered 2 hoagies and a stromboli, was told be there in 30-40 minutes. Great, except I just called back and was... told on its way. I live 3 blocks away. Now they are closed and still no food. Service here is getting worse. I now remember whyI stopped ordering from them a year ago. Called in an order for delivery @ 11am. Told it would be 45 minutes. Called when they were 20 minutes late and was told the... drive took a delivery to a place 20 minutes past where our delivery was to be and should be there shortly. Why drive past one acloser delivery to do a further delivery. Over an hour later and still do not have our pizza. Called a second time and theowner has no clue what is going on. Will never do business with them again. Two hours after putting in our order it was finallydelivered. In response to the owners response, we called three different times. When the driver arrived the pizza was cold somy father sent it back. We made multiple calls and got told different stories by who was on the phone and the driver as to whyit was over an hour late. I called to order a pizza they asked me if my number I was calling from was some 814 number. I was calling from a 724 number.... The girl then said what can I get for you and then told me to hold on and she was to busy laughing and talking to someone elseand sounded like she was pretending to take another order. She kept telling me to hold on saying I'm so sorry about this. Thenkept laughing. She told me it would be 45 minutes for my pizza and and almost 2 hours if I wanted it delivered. Then kepttelling me to hold on so she could have her conversation I ended up hanging up. Very rude customer service she had also.Probably won't be calling to order from them again. Read more
Since the new owners took over this place has been fantastic. The food has improved and the usual delivery guy is great! Had an... issue the one time a girl delivered, that night we spent about $75 and tipped $25 but since it was cash she apparently pocketedmost of it. She told them we shorted her which was unbelievable for us to hear after all the business we give them. We only live5min away but sometimes we aren't able to pick up so we'll no longer buy if she's employed there if we can't pick up. Read more
So I try to order a 3 topping xl pizza for 15.99 I wanted double Pepperoni and extra cheese is my three toppings I was told that... extra cheese is supreme topping which would cost me for an extra 4 dollars And I was told that I couldn?t get the 15.99 deal ifI didn?t get three toppings I ordered the exact same thing from Homer city fox?s every week at work. So I figured I?d just ordera regular extra large with one topping it was $20. every time I seem to deal with this fox is there some sort of issue I haveheard a lot of good things about them that they do a lot for the Community. We will not be ordering from here anymore. 4 -5 times the driver got lost on the way to our house. Like way lost, got cold food.... So we decided to bypass that and pick it up. Ordered today and went to pick it up and our order was out for delivery.Ridiculous. Terrible service. Read more
