Great customer service!! Our waiter was Casey, she was on point. The wait was lengthy but worth it. Best of all, our food was... HOT!!! That?s definitely a must if I have to wait. I had a omelet loaded with fresh vegetables, sausage, ham and bacon it was sodelicious with potatoes and coffee. The prices are reasonable for fresh food, this is a wonderful place. SUMMARY: The food is tasty, but inconsistent. it is a good place for something different and the service is good, but you can... get just as good breakfast food with better consistency at a local diner for less. Detailed review below with pictures. DETAILS:I went to first watch this morning with two guests. The orders consisted of pancakes, the muffin top griddle cakes, bacon, andthe traditional breakfast. I like the online reservation system and the service was good. Let me start by saying the Muffin topgriddle cakes are fantastic - I recommend this if you do go. it was the best part of the meal. The bacon had to be sent back tobe cooked a bit longer and tasted mediocre. I would skip it at $5/side. The pancakes were tasty; however, do not believe thehype on their size. As you can see from the picture, they are the same size as other places. One of the guests mentioned thatthe edges of the pancakes were dry. Overall, First Watch is a decent, but pricy place for breakfast. I recommend it if you aregoing to get one of their specialties. For all other regular breakfast items, I would stick with your favorite diner as theconsistency will be better and the price would likely be a bit less. Read more
We had the lemon ricotta pancakes, floridian french toast, and the million dollar bacon. All were delicious. Had a 40 min wait... to be seated, but it was Saturday morning. So I'd recommend a reservation. The server was friendly and attentive. I willdefinitely come back. Read more

First time visiting this place. Our waitress was good and knowledgeable about the menu so that helped with picking out our food... and drinks. But!! Make sure to grab something light before heading out should there be a long list of people waiting to besitted . That been said the food was good ,and made the wait all worth it. Read more
