**Workers are slick and will add a tip to your card when you pickup your order without authorization. I tip all the time but... saying I?m good and adding a tip to my card after I leave is garbage just like their food . Chicken was burnt and the onionrings looked horrible and were undercooked . I wish I could give 5 stars and if this was based upon the quality of food it would definitely be higher. We ordered pizza and... mozzarella sticks an hour and a half before they closed and they came 1 hour and 40 minutes later and the food was cold. I?massuming they held it so the delivery guy could do one last delivery for the night. Was unable to rectify the issue that nightbecause by time the food got here, the restaurant was closed. Not only did the delivery driver lie and say he called numerous times for help with the address (he did not), the food was left... at the wrong address without any notification whatsoever. We had to call the restaurant and then be placed on hold while theycalled the driver to check on the order status. The driver confirmed he delivered it to the wrong address and the food was leftsitting outside in 19 degree weather at the wrong address. We literally had to go outside and walk around, searching theneighborhood to find our food. Of course the food was ice cold and disgusting by the time we located it. We then called Prontoback to let them know, and they advised the owner would supposedly be delivering new food. It's now been over and hour and ahalf since we placed the order and we still do not have food. Pronto recently changed ownership and it's a sad and disappointingexample of how not to run a business. We will never be ordering from here again and I recommend to anyone reading this to avoidthis place at all costs. They don't respect their customers nor do they care in any way if they provide minimally acceptableservice. Update: We did eventually receive a replacement order. The food was decent and acceptable. I increased the rating froma one to a two. We may order from here again to see if they can redeem themselves, but still please be weary about ordering fromhere. We also live on the same street Pronto is on (about 0.3 miles down the road.) so there's no excuse for how long it took tomake things a bit better. Read more
