I tried to place the order. The girl did not understand what we wanted even though we were ordering off of the menu. Never mind.
Absolutely horrible customer service - we DoorDashed our order and when it came the receipt was correct but my avocado cobb warm... grain bowl had no warm grains, no avocado and was missing the extra balsamic dressing I paid for. I called Saladworks and wastold they were out of avocados and after checking with a fellow employee was told that all they could do for me is let me comein and get the extra salad dressing. They did not offer to fix it, let me order something else or offer a refund. In addition,the other two salads we got were very light on toppings and the rolls were rock hard. I am absolutely disgusted with myexperience and will never go back to the Sewell Saladworks location - don?t waste your time - this isn?t the first time we havehad issues with this location which used to be our favorite.
