I tried to place the order. The girl did not understand what we wanted even though we were ordering off of the menu. Never mind.
Absolutely horrible customer service - we DoorDashed our order and when it came the receipt was correct but my avocado cobb warm... grain bowl had no warm grains, no avocado and was missing the extra balsamic dressing I paid for. I called Saladworks and wastold they were out of avocados and after checking with a fellow employee was told that all they could do for me is let me comein and get the extra salad dressing. They did not offer to fix it, let me order something else or offer a refund. In addition,the other two salads we got were very light on toppings and the rolls were rock hard. I am absolutely disgusted with myexperience and will never go back to the Sewell Saladworks location - don?t waste your time - this isn?t the first time we havehad issues with this location which used to be our favorite. Staff were excellent. I was trying to pickup lunch during a storm juggling a baby and toddler. They helped me be able to load my... children safely during very hard rain. Salads were delicious. Thank you. Read more

Greeted me but didn?t ask if I was dining in or not which would have been nice because I was planning on eating in the... restaurant not in my car, but anyways they don?t have the good pasta they have the long noodles and I don?t know why they keepthem I?m not from around the area but babysit in this area. They do put a lot of pasta in it though. I just created my own and$12 for this when I didn?t use all my 5 add ins ??????????? I don?t know seems kind of pricey, but what isn?t anymore honestly!The area was clean but they seemed to have trouble with the cash register and that took forever didn?t ask if I wanted a roll Ihad to ask you would think you work at salad works you know it comes with a roll. My third time being here the first time i was Here one of the gentlemen working behind the counter got food out of the container... and ate it with his gloves on and then continued to grab more food with the same gloves on, told one of the workers who said hewould address the situation the third time i come the same Kid is working with the owner sitting right there and still does itagain. . Only one time I came was the food fresh . This last time the chicken was chewy and the tomatoes were mushy . Don?trecommend. Read more
