I have a lot of issues with sleep so I am here often. The employees are so kind and inviting even if I get there a minute after... open. I swear some of them know me by voice. Even with wrap around lines service is fast and polite. Keep it up you guys rock!! Read more

I love starbucks and will probably go here again. However, this afternoon around 1:20pm (unfortunately) my mom[54], my grandpa... [75] and me[23] all got coffee as per usual. I got a pumpkin spice, my mom got a oatmilk latte, and my grandpa got a black pikeand all of us got sick (the runs/diarrhea). My grandpa after 10mins of drinking it ran to the bathroom, 40mins later my mom ranto the bathroom and about 1hr30 later i did. None of us ate prior because we are all night owls and woke up at 12pm/noon andstarted the day with the usual coffee. I know its TMI and but usually this never happens to us at any starbucks we go to and ijust wanted to shead light on that today. My family and I are still advid lovers of Starbucks and will go again but, maybe notfor the rest of the week. I think somebody needs to check on the water base used for the coffee. Read more

Got regular coffee. OMG it was so strong. I wanted a cup of regular coffee, not motor oil. I got 2 creams and 2 sugars in... a small coffee and it was still so strong it could have put hair on my chest. Read more

My husband and I frequent this location on our way to work. Normally the service is wonderful. Most of the team is very sweet... and have a positive vibe. But there is one that will just sour the experience. I heard my favorite barista on the speaker butas I pull up to the window my least favorite is there. She is always sour, impatient, curt, and just plain unpleasant tointeract with. This morning was special though. She relayed a policy about water with inclusions that I was not aware of andfelt like she really needed to hammer it in by repeating it multiple times. When I asked her to please just charge my card (soI could move on with my morning) she began to argue with me saying I was rude and there was no reason to be mad at her. Iwasn't mad, a bit annoyed...yes....a bit curt....also yes, but certainly not mad. No raised voice, no cussing. But she stillneeded to act as though I was some crazy, rude customer. Way to make for an awkward morning followed by a rant to my poorhusband. Read more

They always have what I want and like. Hey they even gave my dog a pup cup which she enjoyed on a hot spring day and it was free... which is a plus in this high inflation period that we are in???? Read more

I just order 2 caramel cold brews with cold foam and caramel drizzle. Its my go to every time but this place really blew me... away. They made my coffee perfect!!! Read more

Hit or miss. One morning the drinks were on amazing and the line was moving unbelievably fast! Then I returned the following... day, it took the same amount of time for them to serve two people in front of me as it did for them to serve 9 the day before,AND they got my order wrong. Add in the person behind the counter didn't even say a word to me. They gave me a funny look andhanded me my drink... So it has potential, if you get the right staff. Normally, I love this Starbucks. Most of the employees are warm and friendly and always polite. I have a large family and... usually large orders and a toddler who loves to talk while I?m ordering?he orders his usual sweet cream cold foam and a cakepop. The norm is for the employees to be polite and upbeat. On a few occasions we have been unlucky and yesterday was the worst.The same woman is the culprit each time. She?s rude and snippy and blunt. Yesterday, I was trying to order and there was a lotgoing on. Instead of being calm and asking me questions nicely or letting me finish my order without constantly interrupting me,she was horribly short and rude. She then had the nerve to tell me I was being very rude to her, after I told her I wanted tojust cancel my order. It was very sad bc my kids were disappointed and we had already been waiting in the line a long time. Shedidn?t care. I?m a loyal customer at this Starbucks. I won?t be going back, however. Kindness and patience are necessary whenyou work in customer service. Read more
