Unfortunately, there was a very long line, and the managers were just standing around, when they could have been helping out.... Maybe it wouldn?t have taken close to 30 min for everyone to get their order if they got in there and helped a bit. Read more

The staffing here has gone completely downhill and the manager is always very rude and will argue with you even when she is in... the wrong. Multiple times I order through the mobile app and they will give me the wrong donut or not even include the donut atall. When I go back to get a replacement she will yell and argue. Props to the employees there who apologize on her behalf andact more like a manager than she does. If I order something and PAID for it, I would like to receive it or get refunded if it isnot available and not be dealt with an attitude when it was her doing. Read more

This was one of the best Dunkins in the area. Orders were consistent, lines moved along quickly and employees knew what they... were doing and very friendly. Recently this location hired many new employees. They have 2 long time outstanding employees whokeep me going to this one. All are nice and try to be friendly. Unfortunatly, your order and satisfaction will all depend onwho's working. This store is very busy at your prime coffee shop times. (Sunday mornings has been total chaos since staffchanges) I hope management can weed out those that need to move on quickly. This was the best Dunkin around. Read more

I enjoyed going here in the past. But recently the staff has gotten ridiculously slow, most people I know don't stop here... anymore because they don't have 10 minutes to wait on a coffee. I've had to leave things I've ordered there because it hadalready been 15 minutes of waiting, on a bagel , not even toasted. And it seems like half the time I order on mobile, I end upwaiting 10 more minutes than I would if I just walked in. Read more

2 to 3 people ahead of me in line when I walked in. Bunch of people waiting on hot stuff. So I ordered donuts and an iced coffee... with a turbo shot. And there I am left standing there while everyone gets their order and leaves and mine is still not ready andno one says why until the manager sees that I am getting frustrated. "Oh they're training" "oh there was an order for 5 lattesfor an internet order in front of you". Why wouldn't you clear the people who are physically in store ordering in person first?.I yelled, she yelled. No one said anything insulting. The service has been going downhill for a while now. They are muchquicker and much nicer at the one on Derby Ave anyway so I wont ever go to that one again. Read more
