I live close to this McDonald's and I get there breakfast sandwiches and I have NEVER had a messed up order, rude customer... service or cold food. Waihted around an hr for my food and when I got the food it was wrong. Then had to wait another 15 min to get it back.
Sweet tea is NEVER sweet?. If I wanted unsweetened sweet tea I would?ve asked for it?.drive the extra 10 mins to the Derby... location? they never disappoint and they don?t waste your money. Read more
Before the remodel, this place was always amazing. After the remodel, not so much. The food is only good about half the time... now. Often getting stale chicken nuggets, cold burgers, or not even getting the right food. Service is usually friendly thoughwhich is a plus. Food was incorrectly made and disappointing. Ordered a mcrib and received it missing one bun, the bottom bun of all.
I understand messing up an order every now and then, but it?s definitely more often than not that an order is missing something... or wrong. I have 2 little kids?picking up happy meals at the drive through is a convenient treat. But it?s not cool when your 4year old opens the happy meal he?s been asking for all week and there?s no toy. (This happened twice.) The order today, we weremissing my burger and one kid?s happy meal toy. The last order, we were missing the 6 Nuggets in one happy meal, and the applesand toy from the other happy meal, and my fries were missing. So me and my kids all had to share what little food we DID get forthe $30 I spent. I couldn?t go back because I wasn?t gonna load up 2 toddlers in the car all over again. Yes I should check thebags but with cranky hungry kids in the car I just want to get home. Plus the line is always out to the street so I just want toget out of the other costumers? way.
