I don?t often treat myself to fancy expensive coffees, but every so often, it?s a nice treat, or on a bad day a nice pick me up.... But, man, is it disappointing when the first time in like 3 months you decide to spurge on a $7 drink and it comes out halffull. Or you order a venti NON fat something and it comes out with *whole* milk and makes your tummy hurt? or you ask for a*white*chocolate mocha on the worst day of your life to cheer yourself up and it comes out a regular chocolate mocha?. Or theLAST coffee that you?ll have in *9 months* because you find out your pregnant and they forget the shot of peppermint you askedfor?. So sad. Read more

Beautiful location. Very clean, and looked tiny from outside, but is actually pretty spacious! The merchandise is in the middle... with the path clear to the restrooms down the right and to the back. The bar and cases are on the left. Even a drive thru! Read more
This is by far the best Starbucks I have been to. I live in Shelton and the one in Shelton and Ansonia do not even hold a flame... to this one. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this Starbucks even with the supply shortage. All of the baristasand team members are friendly and upbeat. You can even tell that they?re a good team and work well together. At one point, Ivisited this location so frequently they remember my iced coffee order and I have never had any fast food worker remember myorder. It made me feel special lol (also showed me I had a Starbucks problem). They deserve every star. Keep up the good work! Read more
