Service is usually good, but recently had an awful experience. Hoping it was just a one off as they're usually good.

VERY dirty and not just in certain spots. It was Everywhere. It took over 20 minutes to get a burger combo / chili and they... still got the order wrong. Men's room was a disaster. Everyone who followed me to the counter for their orders were summarilyignored as though we were invisible. All attention was on drive thru. I stared at the manager when I tried to tell her it theerrors in my order, she smiled back and started filtering the fry vat. I tried calling Wendy's customer care but they are closedon weekends. I'll be calling on Monday. This location has gotten worse since opening and I WON"T be going back. At least theDerby location is consistent in all aspects which endear Wendy's to me: Good food, friendly service and clean environment. Read more

This Wendy's is very very MISS and sometimes hit. Credit card machine...usually down. Out of product. "Were closed I'm the only... one here"(5 in the afternoon) and I give that employee credit for trying to taking care of my online order but they were out ofnuggets..... the owner needs a reality check and to get a handle on this place. Hire and train employees. Show up. Your lack ofleadership obviously shows. Read more

This particular Wendy's is small and set up for mostly drive thru. I had my granddaughter with me, so decided to dine in. That... was a mistake. The inside was filthy. After seeing that, I won't go there at all any longer at all. Read more

Who owns this Wendy?s restaurant? Whoever does needs to wake up and get down there to see what goes on. This place is... atrocious, garbage overflowing outside, horrifically made sandwiches and employees who are hanging out behind the counter ontheir phones and not attending to customers. Does the owner know what?s even going on? This place needs an employee makeover. Today I went for lunch to give this dump another try and it once again lived up to its name as a huge stinker of Wendy?s. Iwaited longer in line the second time I went up to the front for ketchup from the workers behind the front desk. The first timemine you was for my regular order I placed. What the Wendy's Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich IS SUPPOSED TO feature: A crispy-fried spicy chicken breast filet, melted Pepper... Jack cheese, three strips of applewood-smoked bacon, crispy-fried dill pickle chips, and two layers of habanero hot honey sauceon a toasted premium bun. What mine featured: 1 strip of apple-wood smoked bacon, NO fried pickle chips (instead there was 3sad looking pickles), on a soggy bun that was definitely not toasted! This sandwich advertised as ?New? is not worth the price.I do not recommend this Wendy?s. I traveled from a few towns over to give it a try. I was so excited? Boy what a darndisappointment! Ordered a number 1 single and this is what I received. I always order this sandwich at other locations and it has tomato, decent... onion, and decent lettuce on it, with ketchup. All of that is missing from this sandwich. Such a let down when I got home to eatit. Threw it out and went to McDonald?s instead. When I placed my order she lady taking my order asked me what I ordered 3 timesbefore I even got to the window. I should have known something was going to get messed up. Why do you even have the insideclosed and only the drive thru open? Makes no sense. Do better. Read more

I work down the road from this Wendy's, and will pop in once or twice a week for breakfast. I've never had a problem here before... until today, when I was given what appears to be a rotten egg on my breakfast baconator. This first couple bites were fine, butI quickly realized something was wrong. I don't know how an employee can miss something this blatant, but it was gross andshould never have happened. Read more
