We have tried this place two times in the last two weeks Tonight's was horrible as there was plenty of open tables, most needed... bused, man whom I assume is the manager seems non professional and non welcoming both times we we here. What should have been anice short visit turned into over an hour for bar food? This place needs a greeter, more servers/waitresses And someone who doesnothing but buses tables. It wouldn't take much to make the floor a productive and welcoming place for customer's. It looks asthough the employees are not pushing their selves very hard because it doesn't matter to the management. No one was very politeand we were not greeted. Customer service is the most important thing and it brings people back when they feel welcomed. My wifeloved the food as do I I just can't see going to a place that doesn't take their customer's experience to the best possible forreturn service. Read more
This location needs more staff. This is a long time problem that predates COVID. The last 3 times I've been, it's been the same... one waitress waiting on every table and she does a GREAT job for being one person. You're usually there about twice as long asyou need to be (look at all the other reviews. Long waits are the #1 complaint!). I think there's a big time ownership problemwith this location. We hadn't been here in over 5 years and decided to give it another go. They only had one waitress on duty way way way under... staffed for a Sunday and as busy as it was, but the girl done an outstanding job taking care of all the guest. The food wasamazing and definitely redeemed itself. We had the burger and the pretzel bites and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious.Great job on winning us back despite your labor shortage. We had a large party come in and my family had to sit in a booth not connected to the restnof our group so what's the point of... going for a meal and sitting apart. The wait staff was nice but mentioned to us the restaurant was about to close and it waslast call at the bar. The hours were wrong on Google and "they had tried to call and get it changed". I thought everyone knowsyou can submit changes yourself on Google. Literally anyone can. I already did. Good changed it. They close at 10pm on Saturdaynight. The food was fine. The drinks (while still available) were fine. BWW in my honest opinion is over-priced. It was notsome great dining experience with friends that I will remember forever. It was just fine. Good food per Buffalo Wild Wings, but slow service was slower than it should of been.
Called my order in ahead since I was 30 minutes from Seymour. I was told it would be 35 to 40 minutes. Perfect right? 1 hr 30... minutes later I finally had my order of wings!!!! There was no urgency from the employee taking money and getting ordersready!!¡! Read more
