I was in the BK business for over 20 years, it's extremely easy for me to tell you everything that is being done wrong, how a... crew isn't trained, sandwiches not made right etc. But this store was clean, friendly employees that were trained properly,and a manager who knows how to run a store, would've given 5 stars but there was far too much Mayo on my sandwich, that was myonly complaint! We ordered 3 value meals and 2 kids, nothing special just regular meals. After returning home from the drive thru my wife... ended up ended up making a 20 minute round trip drive to retrieve 2 of the 3 fries BK failed to put in our bags. Then wediscovered my double whopper only had 1 beef patty. As someone who worked in fast food as a teenager it is mond boggling somany restaurants repeatedly fail to properly fill simple orders. Am adding BK to the list of McDonalds and Papa Johns ofincompetent companies Ill never use again. They have repeatedly failed to complete very simple orders. Read more
