The absolute worst Cracker Barrel experience I?ve had in a while. Impressively bad. Manager is not concerned about bad service,... food quality, or ordering enough groceries to have standard menu items. Would not give me a refund and to-go food I?m stillwaiting on is an hour late?.Finally got my food and it was hot but they just remade my entire order to avoid giving me my moneyback. Angie the manager is not good at her job. This place won?t last with management like this. The other staff was kind butthey are extremely short staffed. Everyone?s probably calling out because of poor management. I asked for a refund multipletimes and was not given one. If you can?t keep up with to go orders, stop taking them. I am so confused how a permanentrestaurant would run out of grilled chicken tenders.
