Me and my husband ate here 3 weeks ago, 1st we had to wait forever on our drinks, my husband got a salad with his meal ask for... extra dressing he was almost finished with it by the time he got some then it was like a tablespoon of dressing if that. Ourmeal took almost an hour to get. The waitress came to our table only 1 more time we ask for more to drink never got it. Untilthey get good staff they are not going to have a my business. The absolute worst Cracker Barrel experience I?ve had in a while. Impressively bad. Manager is not concerned about bad service,... food quality, or ordering enough groceries to have standard menu items. Would not give me a refund and to-go food I?m stillwaiting on is an hour late?.Finally got my food and it was hot but they just remade my entire order to avoid giving me my moneyback. Angie the manager is not good at her job. This place won?t last with management like this. The other staff was kind butthey are extremely short staffed. Everyone?s probably calling out because of poor management. I asked for a refund multipletimes and was not given one. If you can?t keep up with to go orders, stop taking them. I am so confused how a permanentrestaurant would run out of grilled chicken tenders. Our server was good but they lost our order. When the food finally came out it was hot and tasted good, but we waited for 45... minutes for our food. Everyone had their food around us and there were only 5 tables occupied in the dining room. The managerapologized but we was really disappointed. Glad we wasn't in a hurry. Read more

Normally I would rate Cracker Barrel 5 stars but this time I was a little unhappy with the food and the service. It took about... 25 minutes from order to food being served. I ordered a side on hash brown casserole and pinto beans. The food had been sittingfor some time as the hash browns were barely warm and the pinto beans had cooled enough to have formed a skin on top of thebeans. The pinto beans were barely warm so not very enjoyable. The restaurant had a large staff on duty and we were seated assoon as we got to the hostess corner so staffing was not the problem. Read more
