Very disappointed in El Nopal tonight. Normally we love it and they are very nice. I ordered door dash and forgot one item. I... wanted to order and pay over the phone so they could get it with my order. He was too busy to let me order over the phone. Andwanted me to order door dash again for ONE item. No. Spend 60+ $$ and they are too busy to help me?? . Not sure I?ll be back forawhile. I?ll find another favorite. Read more

I thought this place was great. Good good, good service, friendly staff. What more could you want? Oh...wait...some of you... wanted the food for free. I get it. Well, I guess I got lucky, because they put the good descriptions AND the prices on the menuthey gave me. So, I was able to look at both of things and come to a decision that I was still willing to try the food. Imust've gotten crazy lucky with the special "price obvious menu". It was probably a fluke. Not sure what happened, other than Biden's inflation, but the prices became ridiculously high. Mexican food is not expensive to... make. Rice and beans, tortillas, etc are pretty inexpensive. In a time when people don't have extra to spend, these prices willmake them reconsider going out at all, which will hurt restaurants even more. I will say that the food was pretty good and cameout hot. We hadn't been here in awhile and did not expect such a drastic change in prices. The menu was extensive and had lotsof options, even for those who don't love Mexican food. I still don't think the 12oz margarita held 12oz. It was like a wineglass and looked more like 8oz as an FYI. Read more
The "manager" took my order wrong and then blamed ME for it! I called and let them know the order was wrong, I spoke to a male,... he said they would fix it I came back to pick up the "fixed" order and the female manager was VERY RUDE and handed me an foilpackage of FLOUR tortillas to "fix it". The tacos were supposed to be soft corn tortilla carne asada tacos and they were crunchyground meat tacos. I will NOT be returning to El Nopal EVER! Read more
My second time there.. First time I tried ground beef and it seemed super salty.. This time I went with shredded chicken which... also seemed very salty. Chips and queso is good.. Might have to stick to that until I find something that doesn't seem toosalty.. Read more
Disappointed in the way management treated our table. Food was decent but we were obviously rushed out. We will not be back.
