I'm just going to start off by saying, for $15/hr I should receive better service. It's guaranteed something is always missing... from our order. Having to repeat myself on several occasions and STILL getting the order wrong. I.E. Ordering a 10 pc mcnugget,why am I receiving 1 sauce after I asked repeatedly to make sure to have at least 2 or 3. There should be no reason why I haveanything missing from my orders at all. If you demand a higher wage, then please be sure you can provide the service that comeswith that. Read more

I'm so tired of going to this mcdonalds but it's right by my home, my family and I went a spent a good 60 dollars for our food,... for starters as always the drive thru person was rude and rushing me, kept saying is that all , is that all. Got to the firstwindow and had a mess up on my order and he raised his voice because they lady rang me up wrong saying this isn't how thisworks, I was confused because like what?. Then got all my food and my fries were disgusting and not even filled, all the foodwas cold. The lady that does window number 2 drive-through is horrible. Multiple interactions and consistently unprofessional. It is... McDonald's but you can choose 9 out 10 other employees that would do a better job. Read more
Pretty busy during my visit. Guess that's why they have a 2 lane drive thru.
Sometimes it's a hit or miss, the drive through leaves a little to be desired as far as attitude, if you go closer to shift... changes you have a better chance at fresh food. Yesterday the lady and I got some big Macs on an urge and they were on point! Read more
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I tried to ask for something at the window and hot the window shut... in my face so the girl could get back on her phone to text or scroll through Facebook or whatever they are paying her to do onher phone. Then I spoke with the manager about it and told him that is the kind of reason for the reputation of bad service andhe told me that they have good reviews! 3.2 star is definitely not a good rating.
