This place is awful. Bad quality food very bad service with most all people working here are unrespectful children. They messed... up my order twice then didn't give me a drink with my combo when I asked for it they said too bad I don't get the drink thatgoes with the meal. My advice is STAY AWAY Read more
Nice people. Nice music & atmosphere. Slow to get just coffee. Really slow. All computer order- miss the friendly counter... clerks. No napkins or ice out in dining room any more. Sad to see simple customer conveniences disappear in place of modernity.It was like eating in an airport lounge, well meaning but really impersonal. Read more

While this site is much the same as other McDonalds, the staff was friendly and our order was brought out to the car quickly and... all items were correct. It is a nice stop off point on the way from Louisville to Indianapolis. Read more
Greensburg McDonald's, it's a hit or miss when coming here. Breakfast is pretty good. Wait times for food is a lot slower and... less organized than if you go to Wendy's. My opinion. I don't go for dinner time frame because the fries are going to be cold,old. Lunch you sometimes can get lucky and get hot fries if you're there early enough for lunch. Drive through I sat waiting forabout 10 minutes one visit just waiting on someone to take my order. Staff is friendly, and I recommend the Frappe. Just bitslow and if the fries were more up to par I'd go more often. Read more
I went through the drive thru and all I had ordered was a Large tea. I get to the window and she hands me a small tea. I said... ?that was supposed to be a large? she rolled her eyes and I said ?sorry? and then she proceeded to fill a large cup with ice andjust dump the small cup into it. The food was ok, but the restaurant was dirty and the wait was long. No visible leak anywhere, yet sticky liquid on the floor.... Overflowing trash. Bathroom was stocked, but water and paper on the floor and unflushed toilets. Random box was left in diningarea. Didn't seem very busy, but wait was unusually long. Disappointing for McDonald's. Well McDonald's, sorry to inform you. You've priced yourself out of a customer. I travel often and visit restaurants across the... country. Your $15.00 bigmac, fries & shake are too pricey for me, and I'll NOT be visiting again. When you get the prices downaround $8.00, I'll consider returning. Just because some whiney kid BELIEVES they deserve $15/hr for flipping a burger, does NOTmake it so. When things improve, I'll consider returning. Read more
