If I could give zero stars I would this place is a joke ,they said it would be 22 to 32 min. for my order to get delivered so... after 45 min. I tried to call after being on hold for ten more minutes I ask the manager about my pizza and she tells me theytried to deliver my pizza and the person said I didn't live there so they tried to call and the person that awnsers said it wasthe wrong number so they cancelled my order, but the funny thing is I know and asked ever one in my building about it and theyall said no one came to there door , so I think the manager lied and they just didn't want to deliver it and cancelled it, andthese pizza places are wondering why Door Dash and others like it,are taking all there business, I wonder... Ive ordered papa johns all over the US and Seymours is alway on point! Always the perfect amount of cheese, not so much that its... super grease but not to little wishing there were more. Never mess my order up. Never had random unwanted toppings and a superfriendly staff that normally calls me by my first or last name as I walk in. Read more
Ordered delivery, got the wrong order. Called to let them know. They said they'd credit our order and send what we ordered hot... and fresh. An hour later we get our order, missing all our extra sauces and peppers we paid for. Spent over $60 and hours oftrying to get our order and feed the family. Worst service we've ever had. Read more
I wish I could give 0 stars. So disappointed in the Seymour store. Ever since the old GM left, their new "management" is just... plain awful! There's no organization, they don't post schedules until the first day of the work week and expect employees tosomehow just know when to come in. And the worst of all, they play favorites with the crew members, making up reasons to writeup people they don't like, while others get away with whatever they want. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, not to mention it's superpetty, childish behavior. And again, this is all coming from the new management... Truly disgusting. I wouldn't recommend givingthis place your money, since their customers are clearly not a priority and they treat their most hardworking employees likegarbage! I hope they see this, and feel deeply ashamed. This is what their store has come to. It's sad. I'd be embarrassed if Iacted that way, and people found out about it. Read more
