Don't order off of the McCafe menu! Staff isn't trained on it. Went through the drive thru and ordered an Americano. This isn't... difficult. Every other McDonald's I go to is able to make an Americano. Ten miles down the road I discovered I had received thestandard McDonald's brewed coffee for the price of a specialty drink. Came through the drive through at 10:57 and asked for a coffee and then asked what time they stopped serving breakfast and got... an instant attitude from the employee. Food was what is to be expected. Service however has a bit of a loud energy behind the counter and takes a few minutes to get to... a customer at the front. We were not too enthused with the service to say the least. Staff would rather talk to each otherloudly and not do their jobs. Read more
