Don't order off of the McCafe menu! Staff isn't trained on it. Went through the drive thru and ordered an Americano. This isn't... difficult. Every other McDonald's I go to is able to make an Americano. Ten miles down the road I discovered I had received thestandard McDonald's brewed coffee for the price of a specialty drink. There IS a difference. That's why I paid so much for it.If you don't know the difference, stop offering it. Read more
I went through the drive thru and it was very busy. The line moved smoothly and swiftly. I received fresh food. I received a... Pepsi instead of Dr. Pepper, disappointing, but I should have checked my order before I left. Read more
Came through the drive through at 10:57 and asked for a coffee and then asked what time they stopped serving breakfast and got... an instant attitude from the employee. Stopped here for my dad to get him some lunch, (should've known better) first of all they were very rude. They did not give him... what he ordered, he ordered a cheeseburger and they gave him cheese/ketchup on a bun. Disgusting that this is the service youwould provide, especially to an elderly man. Food was just okay. Order was correct service was fast. The biggest thing was flies. There had to have been a couple hundred... flies crawling on tables/counters/ceiling/soda machine. Dead flies on the counter. Nice restaurant they obviously just need tofigure out how to combat the flies. Read more
Food was what is to be expected. Service however has a bit of a loud energy behind the counter and takes a few minutes to get to... a customer at the front. We were not too enthused with the service to say the least. Staff would rather talk to each otherloudly and not do their jobs. Read more
