What can anyone say about Taco Belle? I would give zero stars if I could. Waited for almost 15 min sitting at the window for our food. They weren?t even busy. Maybe 2... cars parked in the very back. One person behind us in the drive thru & they still managed to mess up our order. I paid extra fora chicken chalupa got down the road and it was a beef one.. well I think it was beef there wasn?t enough on there to tell.Ordered bean and cheese burrito & paid for extra red sauce & got a burrito with NO red sauce. It?s really not complicated toread a screen. It concerns me that you can drive a vehicle down the road but you can?t read a screen to make an order?Thankfully I don?t live in that town & have to worry about you driving on the same road as me on a regular basis. Food and service was great. The franchise owner needs to invest in darkened windows or blinds! Super hot in there! Sun shining... in. AC was on but I'm sure like everyone Subway has thermostat not set as cold in this heatwave country is experiencing. That'sunderstandable, probably couldn't keep up with Mother Nature anyway! They are teaching the crew to steal. The crew didn't look at the amount given to given back change, then asked if it... was ok to keep it. If they did that to everyone it adds up. They are not looking at the orders they're messing up. Iknow it's hard to get help but train them right. Read more
My daughter's and I were just driving thru town and went thru the drive thru for lunch. Absolutely hands down THE BEST Taco bell... food and service Ive ever had!!! The girls at the window were kind helpful and our food was perfect!!! Next time we drivethrough this area, this Taco Bell will be our go to stop for food. I was sooo impressed!! Friendly service from the employees. Clean facilities for the most part bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning. Electronic self... order/check out which saved time. The only complaints I have are the bathrooms need cleaned a bit better. Also the othercustomers were rather rude to not only me but each other. Not really Taco Bell?s fault probably just the town it?s located in. Read more
