We came in to get one halloween happy meal, a cheeseburger with no bun, and the lady walked away, took 30 minutes to make... someone elses order- and we didn't even get to pay until 45 minutes later. I'm sorry, but this lady is not fit to be working ata McDonald's of all places. She is slow, she can't hear anybody speaking, and cannot even remember the previous task she wasdoing. We were left standing at the cash register, money in hand, for over 30 minutes with three mothers and their childrenbehind us. It may seem rude but she needs to be fired. She is extremely rude. This place is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Today I stopped in at 1:15p for 2 McChicken sandwich and took... 18 mins to get my order. Drive thru way packed with cars so I went in and the counter had around 5 customers ahead of me.Several orders came back from drive thru and inside because of wrong or missing items. I waited a half hour to get a pumpkin spice latte. By then my $10 food was cold. My $4 drink was hot. But it was an extremely... strong coffee with cream. No sugar. No pumpkin. Cold food I threw it all out. Read more
If I could give it 0 I would. The only thing holding me over is the soda out of a machine. Food was old and god awful, I?ve... called this establishment 12 times and nobody has picked up. Fries are old, burgers are old. This place is a wreck and has beenfor a while now. 0/10 do not recommend. South Knoxville is better in my opinion. Spent $50 on old food and can?t even get amanager on the phone. Read more
Typical McDonald's food. The staff were constantly yelling at one another. It was a though they really hated each other. One... sweet elderly lady was trying to help a kid who was missing part of his order and in her way to pick up 2 hashbrowns the manageryelled her and told her she's not allowed to help the kid out. The Cochran family that owns this location needs to come out andtrain it's management. Read more
Utterly horrible. I've been here over 15 min for one McChicken a Fry and a drink. Still waiting. 7 other people have already... gotten refunds. Drive through is coming in from messed up orders. Never coming again and would highly recommend AVOIDING THISONE this pic is like 5 other orders that were wrong that have just been left here. Read more
Out of the last 4 orders I have gotten here in 2 months I have found hair in my burger 3 times. 2 black hairs and one white... hair. Do better. Hair nets are a very inexpensive and effective way to avoid cross contamination. One time there was a piece ofground beef floating in my sprite. Unreal Read more
Went to drive through and had a very long wait with backed traffic. Was 2:30 after noon so not lunch or quitting time. And... couple burgers looked like they assembled them by throwing them across the room. Nothing like the plump burgers pictured. Staffwas courteous. Read more
