I was disappointed I decided to stop at this location even though I have had bad luck in the past I thought I would give it... another chance. This was my last visit to this location. They didn't have onion rings and my corn dogs were barely warm,definitely not hot. Never again. Read more

AVOID THIS SONIC!!! Worst service I have ever experienced at a Sonic. Placed an app order and then checked in on the app... shortly after. Following a 10 minute wait, I pushed the button at the stall I was in to speak with someone. They said it wouldbe right out. After another 5 minutes passes, Heather brought out what we thought was our order. However, she had brought ussomeone else's food and drinks. Heather then came out and took the wrong order back and gave us our order. However, she didn'tbring us straws, napkins, or any of the sauces that were supposed to come with our food. I then had to get her to bring us themissing items. This whole 20+ minute ordeal elapsed, and I didn't get the first "I'm sorry" or " I apologize, let me make itright". Heather has AWFUL customer service and should not be working in the field if she is miserable doing it. I was politethrough the entire experience, but didn't receive anything but a curt attitude from Heather. To make matters worse, you couldtell they scraped the bottom of the barrel on the popcorn chicken. It was tiny little pieces with almost no chicken (mostlybreading) that were terribly dry. This place is always out of something, I don't like to give bad reviews, I'm so tired of not being able to go through a drive... thru or curbside pick up and get what I want , with quality I pay for. Sonic has sure went down hill! In the past 3- 4 yearsit's been something wrong every time, I'm not just being a complainer , something everytime!! To me it's falls back on themanagement, it starts with the store manager, and down from there. I have owned 3 restaurants of my own, worked as a trainingmanager for all managers in our franchise, where did the pride go? To me it's no excuse to blame the labor market. My carhop, Kassie, gave us the best service I have ever had at a Sonic!! Our drinks were made perfectly and she even brought... cherries out to my car after I forgot to ask for cherries. Shout out to Kassie! Great customer service! Read more
