I am a local that eats here regularly. I am so extremely disappointed in the customer service here. Sandy at the drive thru on... August 9 around 3:40 was so extremely rude to me and my daughter when we asked for extra sauce. We spent $50 and then she wantedto charge us .25 for one sauce. She raised her voice and hollered at my daughter when she asked if she could please have oneextra since the cup wasn't even 1/4 full. She slammed the window as hard as she could in our face. I walked inside to get hername. She hollered at me in front of all the customers when I asked for her name. She is EXTREMELY bad for business. I will becontacting customer service about her. Went through the drive through for the third time in three weeks to be told they are out of fries and large cups. This time at... the end of my order we were told they were out of fries. They stated they could give us extra toast or a cup of slaw. When weasked if we can just have a discount they stated no because their meal price include fries. How can they charge full price forsomething they do not have nor try to compensate correctly for the issue?
