Quite,clean,and customer friendly. One would expect such from a known franchise.
Ordered a plain cheeseburger was given a cheeseburger with everything on it and hair in it. The fries had a piece of hair in it.... They got my order wrong and then you get to the window bunch of kids standing around goofing off. This dairy queen is goingdownhill fast. Read more
I ordered a 1/2 pound specialty Burger. The burgers were dried out! I also ordered I mint chocolate chip malt. What I received... was something totally different. I went backup and I think they tried to fix it By starting over. I did not feel like anybodyreally heard what I ordered. I guess you can't expect Excellence from a fast food place anymore. Read more
Always good experiences here, I always thought it was weird ordering food from an Ice Cream place until the last time I... tried. The food here turns out to be great, the small town of Seymour has pretty mediocre selections for food. I'd recommendthis any day over the McDonald's and Subway in town. Read more
