3/4 of the time they get your order completely wrong
I clearly said no pickles & pickles were on my sandwich! Even your order sticker said no pickles!! Pay attention!
If we had been able to get out of the drive-thru lane, we'd have left.
I had received the wrong curbside order (must have been mixed up with another curbside order). I called the store to let them... know about the mix up and I thought they closed breakfast at 10am (it was 9:50 am when I got back home), the wonderful lady Ispoke to on the phone not only told me they would remake the correct order but also informed me they had breakfast going til1030am, so I had plenty of time to come back for it as I only lived about 5ish min away. Waaah-waaah.. disappointed=??, hangry=????. I DIDN'T get my burger, and the fries were cold, denied all the way around. Shame,... cause I genuinely like McDonald's. It wasn't a complicated order, I don't get it. The drive-thru window staff were friendly.Sadly that's the only positive I have for now. Hopefully we have better results next time. Read more
The food was served fast. As for friendliness I give them a 1, the cashier just grabbed my debit card out of my hand, very rude... tone, like I was inconvenience to her. If your workers act like that now and they are either in high school or barely graduatedthey won't find work very easily. If they hate their jobs find new ones. Maybe your not a people person. Gotta learn to dealwith people even the people who are nice. Put a smile on your face, it don't take much to be nice to people, treat yourcustomers like you want to be treated. Looks to be a standard McDonald's. Though it is small so dont bring a group. Seems to be on par for cleanliness as most... locations. Bad: The service here is terrible. Waited at the register holding my wallet and nobody took my order. Even passed meup to take somebody elses. I do understand if they have challenged people working here, but even the manager looked at me anddidnt ask what I needed. Would not recommend Read more
