Fastest drive thru of my life, 1 min from paying to getting my meal...sheshhhh
Food is great and this place is usually a little busy. Also I found a 100 dollar bill in the drive thru so that's a bonus lol
The best fast food and just look at it's ratings as a whole company it's one of the best
Ordered three spicy McChickens with cheese. Got charged extra for the cheese and ended up getting no cheese. Where is the cheese... at? I only rate them 1 out of 5 stars because I can?t rate them 0 out 5. The McDonald?s at wasco is better. Read more
10PM 7/6/2022 Employee changes order then becomes rude when you ask them to correct it. Fries are cold and stale as if they... don't know how to cook them correctly. Its also apparently too hard to put ketchup and sauce in the bag when they are the oneswho asked if you wanted some in the first place. Read more
It would be nice if the employees followed the rules. Stopped in after the lunch hour for a quick snack. I ordered a box of... Chicken Nuggets and a Dr. Pepper. The nuggets and the drink were okay. I wanted to refill my drink. But, I could not get someoneto the counter. The employee working the counter finally show up and i asked for a refill. He told me no refills are notallowed. I told him wait a minute an employee on break just went back there and refilled her drink cup. Why is that okay? Hesaid "I didn't see her... I don't know." He offered to let me purchase a second drink. No thanks Last time I stop in ShafterMcDonald's. Read more
This should be 0 stars. Honestly don?t know how they can get someone?s order wrong almost every single time you go. Worst... customer service ever. Don?t want to fix their mistake and give you attitude as if you were wrong. Sucks it?s the only burgerjoint open late in town. If you have the option I suggest going somewhere else. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Waited 30 minutes for my mobile order even though there were other mobile orders who got there after me and... they got their food before me. I asked the lady who finally gave me my food if there is a number i could call and she said it?sout on the window if I wanted to go get it. Read more
