As much as I love the coffee and the aesthetic of the place, the customer service is generally hit or miss.
Great selection. Better prices than Starbucks. The people working there are extremely friendly.
I like the bagels ????. The coffee was good too. It has dining in and out. The location is good and there?s parking.

The cashier was friendly. Upbeat staff and customers. Clean Cafe. The actual service was terrible. It felt like an assembly line... factory and not a coffee shop. The coffee was fresh, however but underwhelming. Once the so called barista did serve the coffeeup it, she mumbled the order, and I had to clean the spilled coffee from around the cup. I couldn't say anything because it wasa fast food assembly line! And what type of was did I drink, was it roasted? French? Colombian? Sumatra? Arabica? It wasn'tactually listed. There were multiple cold coffee options. Maybe insert the word cold between Biggby and coffee. My prediction isthat Peets, Caribou is waiting for them in the coffee abyss. Read more
first time here, i have no complaints. everyone was nice, food came out in seconds?literally! i got a mocha mocha and... surprisingly i didn?t ask for sugar because i don?t like a dark mocha. i?ll be back for more drinks, i don?t like frozen coffeedrinks but i?ll try them from here. sorry for the half eaten bagel sandwich, i forgot to take the picture before i started. itried it with cream cheese. i will be coming back to this location Read more

The place is fine but the menu text on the wall is too small and also doesn't have everything on it, so you have to spend more... time reading the menu on the counter, taking up more time. There also isn't cream, sugar etc. For customers to handlethemselves, requiring the staff to stop making drinks to add more to yours. Read more
