Wings were a little saltier, and the salad was skimpier than the last one I had.
I ordered two pizzas over the phone for pickup and used a coupon when I got to the restaurant. The pizzas were absolutely... delicious and super fresh. Unlike other pizza chains they actually put more than enough sauce on their pizzas. I will definitelyorder from here again. ???????? Read more
The caprese salad they sent to me. Note the single mozzarella . They really went down I quality in shaker heights!!!! The Pizza... was not even cut!!! Update : Amanda the general manager called me and apologized offering a refund. As far as this visit thestar stays as we had deal with the night manager and Amanda should not have to clean up after shoddy service but kudos to Amandafor calling me to apologize. Read more
I ordered a cheese pizza for my niece on 6/13/2022 and was sent a pizza w/pork right before they closed. I am allergic to pork... and I?m also Muslim so I can not eat it. I called to speak to a manager to see if I could get another pizza, and was told Icould get a customer credit for next time because he could not send me another pizza tonight, furthermore after I hung up thefirst time I thought to ask if I could just receive a refund, I called back for a second time to ask the manager if I could justhave my money refunded back to me, the excuse he gave me was just baffling and I could tell he just didn?t want to do it. Heproceeded to argue and become rude when I began to question his reasoning behind why he couldn?t refund me he proceeded to tellme what he?s been dealing with all day, but I?m just calling because I?m missing a product I paid for, so I was totally confusedat the projection. After about 5mins of going back and forth for no reason, I tried to reason with him, I was calm and nicethroughout this whole situation even though the manager wanted to argue and be rude. After trying to explain to him I was onlytrying to see what my options were, he proceeded to hangup on me. He shouldn?t be a manager if he cannot communicate withcustomers properly. I?ve worked customer service for several years, even on my worse day I was still pleasant with people. Myorder was delivered late so of course I?m also going to contact the store late, so I?m not sure what the issues was. We got 5 pizzas and a party salad. The food was delivered hot and fresh and on time. Everything was delicious, especially the... thin chest pepperoni pizza. Everyone in our group enjoyed the pizza. No problems like the other reviews mentioned. Read more
Manager is completely inept. We ordered a pizza at 8:14pm and estimated delivery time of 9:30pm. We called at 9:35 after no show... on delivery and were told ?it?s on its way out?. After another 35 minutes I called only to get attitude from the manager andtold we needed to place order with a credit card (we chose cash - why weren?t we told this the first or second time called?)because they had zero drivers and use door dash. The manager offered nothing in exchange for the lack of delivery or lack ofcommunication about our order, only attitude. I?m originally from Ohio and in town visiting from Chicago and was looking forwardto Donato?s. This manager ruined that, I doubt I?ll be eating Donato?s again. Read more
I called 3 times today on videophone. First call, I asked for delivery then they said only accept card not cash. Very... understandable, I plan ed pay ton of cash but they said accept card. I was going to get my card ready to pay then they hang onme. Second call, they asked me for address then said that my home is out their delivery area. I said I will pick up then hangon me again. Third call, I told them I will pick up and made my order then they ask for address and etc... then shortly after Itell my information, they hang on me.
