They created a four-course wine/food... pairing experience, with an entirely unique menu for our event, and everything was delicious. Quality and customer service of this place has really went down since opening. I asked if salad could be remade after finding... out it was not vegan cheese on it. They insisted it could not be remade and refused to do it. Cashiers are never helpful andalways have attitude with customers. Read more
I had a bad experience the other day. I went into the restaurant the next day and spoke to Justin the assistant manager who was... apologetic and made it right. I then received a phone call from the general manager Jean, who also apologized for the way myfriend and I were treated. I was impressed that these managers took responsibility for the problems acknowledged the mistakesand made it right. We will be back. Read more
I asked if the Rust Belt Melt had meat on it and the cashier said yes. Unfortunately I?m legally blind and can?t read the tiny... words describing what is in the sandwich and trusted that the cashier was being honest, which was clearly my fault because onceI got home to eat it was all mushrooms and onions. Wish they would?ve asked me to repeat myself if they couldn?t hear me so Icould have ordered something with meat that the person I ordered for could actually enjoy. Just threw $10+ in the trash because,even without meat, it was simply inedible. Our smoothie and other sandwich were good though, and one of the cashiers that saidshe was new to the location was really lovely and nice. Read more
Very disappointed this evening with my cafe food items that I ordered online. My food was not tasty at all. The pesto chicken... sandwich wasn?t even appetizing. And the PIZZA BAGELS!! Why so much oregano? I also asked for no tomatoes and yeah. Yo mypictures say it all. I guess I?ll just stay away from the cafe portion. They do have a great milk/dessert alternative section. I am a regular here and up until today I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. The glowing review that I just felt a strong... need to edit is all due to my experience this afternoon. Thursday October 27th at 12:13 the young man working the counter withthe thick black frame glasses was just plain rude. Everyone else has always for the past few years. Been calm. Warm greeting. Hewas sharp, cold and lacking in a cordial interaction. He was running around like I've never seen anyone in that place everperform service like this before. I stood with at least five people and every one of them were rolling their eyes. I just wantedto mention this because he brought an energy that has not been here before. ***Came in today Sunday November the 6th and thisplace is back to its usual self. That beautiful brown slender guy that works both back and front counter. Think he's a manager.He was up there pumping those orders out along with another young man who was so courteous and warm and friendly. This is thenature oasis I'm familiar with. Thanks guys.
