I NEVER leave bad reviews. You can check my track record. But this place has the worst service on earth honestly. The employees... really have an F you attitude, and I mean all the time. I didn?t mind it at first because the pasta used to be top notch. Latelysomething has changed. Here is my theory: I think the business has grown beyond its Van Aken location and its small amount ofemployees. It?s impossible to catch them by phone. If you go in person, sometimes for a pizza or pasta, it?s about an hourwait?which is completely nuts for the casual set up. And the last few times I?ve ordered the gnocchi (used to be my favorite),it?s been burned at the bottom. I called to complain, and they didn?t even apologize. This used to be my favorite place intown?but not anymore. They need to figure something out because their current system is failing?.and badly. Read more

So far I've been to this location twice. My second order was better than what I ordered the first time. The puttanesca wasn't... really my flavor, very salty and oily. The spaghetti and meatballs were very good! Pasta was well cooked and the meatballs andsauce were seasoned well. Great flavors for the spaghetti dish. Fabulous pizza! Scorpacciata Pizza Co. is located in the heart of the Shaker Heights Van Aken District (in side the Van Aken... Market Hall). I sampled their pepperoni, margarita (cheese), and kale specialty pies. The pizzas were cooked well (thincrust) and the ingredients are high-quality. Recommend! Read more

I can?t speak about their food, but the tiramisu is incredible! It rivals those you might find in little Italy

A very good first experience except for the kale in my wife's dish was too chewy and tough. She tossed most of it and let the... owner know about the situation , so we'll see what happens the next time. The gnocchi was amazing! Read more
