Second time eating here. Pick up order via online with discount (any 2 footlong for $10, great deal!). No waiting, very very... clean, and sandwiches were perfect. I had a fairly painful molar extraction a few days ago, and I've had very little appetite,until I ordered here. I've been back 2 days in a row (since a footlong for me is 2 meals) and I wish I could personally thankthe person who was responsible for doing so outstanding at their job. Today at about 11:30 am I order a steak club on a tomato basil wrap. This employee told me he couldn't because they don't do... that. So I asked if he would and charge me for a foot long. Still he said it wasn't one of the wraps. So I walked out. I eatsubway at least three times a week and every other subway does it with no hesitation. What happened to customer service? Why wasit such a huge deal to take the same toppings that come on bread and roll it in a wrap? Aren't you supposed to be able to getany sandwich as a wrap? Unbelievable!! Read more
My first time coming to this subway. I must say that I will be back! The dining area was clean and well organized and the... environment is welcoming and spacious. I stopped here for a quick bite and decided to sit and enjoy my meal. The employee thatwas on staff saw that I stayed and decided to cut the music on for light entertainment and I appreciated that because it was soquiet. He remained focus in his working and getting things done and prepared for the day. He was very quick and efficient withother customers. Subway dining at it's best! Keep it up and Thank you! ???? This is the only subway that I go to! Because the owners and their families work there, there is a lot of care and attention to... detail given when producing orders! Customer service is on point, as I am always greeted with a smile and a hello how are you! They apply my coupons with ease and no hassle! They are far from the poor service of the Shaker Towne Center location, that hasgiven me problems with the three areas mentioned above, that this location succeeds in! Read more
