Terrible pizza, horrible service! Pizza so oily and greasy the box nearly collapsed. There were literally pools of oil leaking... and dripping from the extra soggy crust. I contacted them and they completely ignored the issue. When they were new on the blockthey cared. Now they?re established and service is out the window. Disappointing is an understatement. This was my very first experience. I ordered two pizzas because I couldn?t figure out which I wanted. I ordered the American... style & the Detroit style. The American was good the Detroit wasn?t. I gave two stars because when I ordered the Detroit stylethe lady with the braids informed me that the sauce came on top of cheese but if I wanted to try it with the sauce underneaththen she would prepare it that way so I said sure I want the sauce under the cheese. Well she didn?t inform the young girl whoassembled that pizza because the sauce was on top of cheese & then once it came out of oven some one must of notice the mistakeso the put more cheese on top at very last minute which never melted. I?m not sure if they attempted to melt it because all mypepperoni was burnt. If I pay $47 for 14 slices of pizza please let it be prepared the way I ordered. I informed the young girlwhen I inspected it @ the counter & she just apologized & stated the lady who took my order didn?t tell her. I would of got aNy crust or another crust or maybe a 2nd American style or just tried something other than pizza had I known she wasn?t going toprepare my the deep dish the traditional way as she had offered per my request. ?????????????????????? look at photos I didn?tmake this up, y?all see the unmelted cheese on top, not another photo on these reviews shows a PIZZA with unmelted cheese. Theyshe be ashamed of themselves for giving me a product like this. I even told the lady hook me up it?s my very first experience???? We ate the entire American style, today is Saturday I ordered these Tuesday that Detroit is still uneaten minus the slice Itried to see if I?d like it. Seriously good Detroit style pizza! I am visiting from out of town and ordered delivery. Love the quality and would be happy to... visit the actual shop. Local is always better! This time I got a Detroit crust, garlic cream sauce, extra mozz and some charpepperonis. It was excellent! The garlic butter dipping sauce came in a oddly shaped cup, but it was a good addition,too. Great pizza!!! They have so many vegan friendly options it?s so hard to choose the right toppings. The pizza is so fluffy and... not too saucy or too cheesy just right. The wings and fries were also great and crispy. Upper crust speaks for itself one of thebest pizza places in Cleveland. Read more
