I take no issue with the food and friendliness of the service. Food is decent and staff are friendly on my experience. BUT...... They seem to be very dysfunctional and unorganized... Possibly understaffed.. but it just took me 30 minutes from entering drivethru line to getting my food which is an excessively long wait time. Read more

Well, it seems like the post-covid food industry is taking a major nosedive. Me and my mother just ordered food from the drive... through at around 8 at night. There were several other cars in line, and though it should've been a line any competentrestaurant staff should've been able to breeze through, we waited neigh on half an hour just to order. They nearly didn't giveus our entire order (that we paid 27 dollars for), and had to remind them to give it to us. My mom ordered a baconator and I gotnuggets. Everything felt like it had been sitting out for over an hour, barely even room temperature. My mother's burger wassloppily thrown together, an excess of slathered mayo and ketchup, a bent out of shape bun lopped to the side, bacon thrown allaround. A first grader could've put together a better burger. Not to mention they gave my mother cherry coke instead ofregular. Incompetent staffing seems to be everywhere nowadays, and this establishment is no different. The food was as raggedyas the weave on the head of the broad that served us. Not sure why but I went through the drive thru. First window there wasn't anyone. Sat waiting about 5 minutes before the cars in... front of me got their food. Once I passed the first window (again no one was at the window nor was the window open) a younggirl yelled at me ( as I was already past the window) to pay. There was no physical way I could back up so I told her I wasgonna pay at the food window. As I pull up to the food window I hear "why did you let him do that!" "He's gotta pay at the otherwindow!" So I pay the gentleman at the food window. Then before my food is handed out I assume a manager comes to the window andstares me up and down, Very poor customer service! Read more

This place gets slower and more disorganized every time I go. I only went today because I was very hungry and this was the last... place before my house. There was one family before me, and it still took forever for me to get my food. I couldn't get a receiptbecause their receipt printer wasn't working. I don't know if it was just for the one register, so that they could've switchedto another one, or all of them. It just doesn't make any sense for a business to be run this badly. Read more

The only great thing about my visit was the beautiful remodeled building. The service was absolutely terrible employees standing... in front of me didn't take my order after about 4 minutes when she finished her conversation with her coworkers. I was soshocked like that behavior is not acceptable. Find staff that matches the new building please Read more

I was in line for about 45mins waiting not only that when I got to the board to place my order right in the middle the guy... taking it told me he would be right back .then I had to sit and wait some more time . I Manger took over and yet my order isstill incorrect. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY POOR LISTENING SKILLS. DONT PLAN ON COMING BACK AND WILL INSTRUCT OTHERS TODO THE SAME FRIES WERE NASTY FOOD Was cold......etc. I am pregnant it was horrible took a bite and through it away a wasteof $20 . Went to get a rootbeer float and was given rootbeer drink with ice cream in it. I asked if the rootbeer float always comes with... ice and the young lady said yes and the manager also came and said yes it comes with ice. So how do I eat the ice cream do ispit the ice out first....I'm so lost and disappointed. Like what a waste!! Read more

We stood in line for the drive for more than 30 minutes. We needed to pick up an order. Other cars just left without waiting... that long. The line did not move, and when we drove up to the window, the staff was dancing and sitting on the phones - about 5people!! We stood near the window for another 15 minutes, and when we said that we had been waiting for so long, one of theemployees just started laughing and behaving arrogantly. Another manager Jay, when he saw our dissatisfaction with the factthat they do not work, but spend time on their phones, simply said that he did not want to serve us and that we need to gowithout food. It's just crazy... and I don't know what the owner of this place is doing, but I know for sure that he losestrust and money every day Read more
