Another great experience! I received the birthday coupon for a free beverage and was able to use it a week later when the... seasonal flavors hit. That alone makes Caribou stand out from the next running up competition. I also had three differentemployees wish me a happy birthday, the one taking my order offered a free size upgrade, an extra espresso shot, and evensuggested a birthday cake pop. None of that was offered by the competitor who only gave me one day to use my coupon. The flavorwas also spot on and made me enjoy my beverage to the very last drop, not the type that you take home and pour out the remainderbecause it wasn't mixed.
