Every burrito I have ordered has fallen apart due to lack of detail! There was no other way to wait it other than with a fork. A... burrito is meant to be eaten self contained, in a tortilla?. I have commented multiple times about how dirty this place is andnothing has improved because apparently management doesn?t care! Food was standard. Parking lot can be a traffic jam duet to its size and complex design. Location is large. I felt bad for the... young lady making my order, she seem to be the only one working, there were at least 5 other employees working. They werecongregating on both ends of the order line for some reason. I don't believe this location gets super busy. The structure of theline up to the order station is quite short. Ordering ahead is encouraged. I'll be back to see if I have another experience. Read more
This location has gone down hill. Garbage pails over - flowing and trash laying on floor. Food scraps, torn napkins and straws... in the seating and line area floor. Bathroom is disgusting. Extremely slow and rude employees. Only good thing is the food. Clean up your act Chipotle and be proud of your restaurant and your customers! We will stop coming there if things don't change. This place is terrible. Only have mobile ordering. Went inside to wait and the place is extremely dirty and gross. We finally... got our food after 30 minutes and we ordered chips and queso as a side and the queso was chunky it looked disgusting. Wecomplained and the employee was super rude and didn?t care at all. They kept serving it and didn?t care whatsoever. Never goingback. Horrible chipotle experience. Read more
Attempted to walk in and order food, waited over 15 minutes in line before choosing to leave. Staff were managing online orders... with no urgency, individuals in line were intermittently served with their food sitting on the bar for minutes at a time inbetween ingredient stations. Staff had not communication with customers, and were consistently mixing up the online dishes withactive walk in orders. Would not recommend stopping here, the service was sorely lacking to the point we couldn't justifyplacing our order. Read more
Wow the workers are rude! They made my burrito with a hair in it the first time I came here and the second time they made my... burrito without heating up the shell. I confronted them reasonably about not heating up my shell and they told me they don?thave a microwave to do that and acted like that?s a new idea to warm up a burrito shell. People are so bad here. I ordered a BURRITO! I got a bowl. I also ordered two Izzy drinks online and when I got there to pick up my order, they were out... of the Izzy drinks. The girl, was being so rude! I placed the order on the app. Order confirmed to be ready for pickup at 12:20pm. I arrive at the restaurant to find the front... doors locked. Somebody who was in line had to open the door. I eventually got the food at 12:35pm, not irritated much aboutthis because we are now all used to waiting extra. Arrive back at work to find my order is incorrect. We ended up eating thefood that was given, reason for the 2 star, but still quite irritated about the bowl instead of burrito. Other than that, sucha GREAT experience!!! Read more
