The blonde gentleman working the cash register on 12/08/21 at 6:15pm has no business working in customer service and should be... fired. I watched him practically berate and belittle my friend because she accidentally clicked ?decline? on the card machinerather than ?accept?. He was incredibly rude and always is everytime I visit. One of the best holidays in town, they have all the goodies and some candy you usually can?t find at a gas station. They have a... place to sit down in the store which is nice so you don?t have to eat in your car. Cashier named RYAN should be fired!! The store on Greenwood Court in shakopee. Very rude! Could of handled the situation a lot... better but didn?t. Please ignore the last 5 reviews of this ignorant woman who (from what I was told) threw an adult tantrum because she was ID?d... and didn?t bring it with her. So she went out of her way to make fake accounts just to tarnish this good man?s imagine becauseshe became disrespectful and wouldn?t leave the store when asked.
