I am a new worker for DoorDash. I arrive to pick up an order at Papa Johns. A male worker asked if i had a hot bag. I said no... because i am a new worker for them. To get a hot bag from DoorDash you have to do so many orders. I explained this to the maleand he was just giving attitude for no apparent reason. This is horrible for papa johns because is there really anything i cando about that? This guy probably just having a bad day but try and ruin mine while your at it. Horrible customer service. Usually this spot always gets my orders spot on. Today was something else tho lol I ordered two pizzas and waited for about an... hour? I looked at the app it said it?s been delivered but we haven?t received it. We called the store and the girl who answeredsaid they will call me back with an update. They didn?t. We called again and they said the driver is on his way. When we finallygot the pizzas the boxes were kind of crushed and the cheese was sticking to the lid of the box. I don?t think I?d orderdelivery again. It?s just funny to me because before placing the order I felt such pride in my papa John?s spot because thepizza and experience has always been amazing. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza when I received the pizza it was only original crust, called the store and got transferred to the... manager who I then told him what happened, he kept on saying I know we put cheese in the crust I was there with them making themand I told him I have my pizza right in front of me and I can assure you there is not any cheese in the crust, he then said Iknow there is but we will send you another one and said he will need the old pizzas back which I thought was really weird.Overall the manager was rude and unprofessional.
