Ordered two pizza's online yesterday at 3:00 was told I can pick them up at 3:45. When I arrived at 3:45 I was told they are... busy and could pick them up in an hour. Out of all the Papa Murphy's pizza locations I have been to throughout the twin cities metro area this by far exceeds all... expectations of what a customer should expect in their experience!???????? By far exceptionally clean, very friendly, andefficiently run with a staff that seems to be on top of everything!!! (No pun intended!!!)???? I have to say that in my comingin once a week for the past 3 years since New Management has taken over it has become if not better the best it could possiblybe!!!???? After many years of patronizing this store, I cannot recommend it any longer and that is truly a shame. The Shakopee store had... been inconsistent lately. A recent order 10/9/2020 that was inexcusable. The manager made it right on the next trip in. Butseriously! Take a look at the pizza. No meat hardly, spinach oh six or seven leafs worth. Things have been somewhat betterand then I tried to place an order this evening... On Friday, February 5, 2021 at 7:30 pm on the dot, a half hour before COVIDclosing time, and hour and a half from normal closing time. I had a guy who was irritated that I called sId they were closedand I challenged him, ?aren?t you open until 8 o?clock?!?? He didn?t answer my question he stated that they we?re breakingthings down and the door was locked. Hmm. Okay, fine Pizza Man it is. Hey manager/owner/operator get your store back in shape! I've been going here for years and the last few times we've had really bad experiences, nothing is ready and I can understand... their busy but I should not have to wait over 15-20 minutes for 2 pizzas especially if I order plenty of time in advance. We gotpizza last night and everyone in my family got food poisoning. The food is obviously not as fresh as advertised, and not beingstored properly.
