Buffet was pretty empty and not stocked up empty containers of salad dressing . No coffee I asked the girl if they had some she... said I don't know I asked if she could gets some she said idk I can ask a manager she didn't come say anything again. You have a60 min limit but you have to wait on food because everything was so empty . Did not have a good experience at this one . Never had this issue at any other pizza ranch !too much money for the 3 of us to not have full belly, time limit, and wait forstuff to be filled and come out . Read more
Went to this location because the Apple Valley one closed. Wasn?t impressed. Was extremely disappointed, my family went around... 3pm on a Sunday. They had barely any food out and what was out you could tell was old. Definitely wasn?t worth the $50 spent. Wewere there for about an hour just waiting around to see if they would bring more, fresh food out and they didn?t. They also hadone girl there that seemed like she was working the whole floor by herself, busing tables, sweeping, mopping. We had a terrible experience at Pizza Ranch today in Shakopee, MM. The half wall in dining area was dirty with food crumbs all... along. I don't think it's been cleaned in a long time. Also, it doesn't appear they wipe off the napkin dispensers that sit onthe table. They were very slow at replenishing food. I don't think anyone was monitoring the buffet to keep it going. Thedessert table one to two choices depending on when you went up for dessert. Finally, the chocolate pudding was spoiled. We didalert the staff that did end up pulling it from the buffet. I don't know who is managing this place, but it was the worst PizzaRanch I have ever eaten at. When I visit family in Shakopee, MN it's never been this bad. We were all disappointed. I'mseriously thinking a health inspector needs to be involved given the visible health concerns just in the dinning area. We atethere shortly after they opened at 11:00am so very doubtful they did a thorough cleanup prior to open up. We did interact withtwo staff members there and they were pleasant. I became concerned again when I saw a staff member with long hair and greenhighlights. If you enjoy swatting at flies and wondering what that says about the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the place you're eating... at, you might enjoy the experience here. It was nice to know that kids eat free on Tuesdays with each paid adult. The employees were very nice and welcoming. The only... reason why I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 is because it is quite smaller than the other pizza ranches I've been too. But overall, itwas great Read more
Tonight my family went to pizza ranch in Shakopee. Two had the buffet and my daughter and I ordered a chicken meal. The two... buffet people were pretty much done and our chicken hadn?t come out yet. My daughter went to the counter to see why and it hadbeen put in as takeout not eat in. She brought it to the table and we proceeded to eat our meal. It was still warm but youcould tell it had been sitting there for a while. The manager saw this and reimbursed us the meal This is a manager who wantsto make people happy and will admit a mistake was made. I did not get her name but she made quite an impression on us all. I usually have a better experience at Pizza Ranch, but the food wasn't replenished and looked old. It's the first time I didn't... eat as much as I planned on because there were barely any cheese slices available. Waitresses were great, but the food was justnot there. Read more
