The drive through wait at this location is consistently awful. Numerous times waits from the order board to the window have... exceeded 15 mins. Today they did comp my order acknowledging the significant delay. Hard to know if this is happening becausethey don?t have enough staff, or if more of a training issue. I?m any case, management needs to get with the program or willsimply lose customers like me who have lots of other options for good coffee. Read more

Without a doubt the worst starbucks I have ever been to. My drink tasted absolutely nothing like it was supposed to. My wife's... coffee tasted completely watered down and our breakfast sandwiches tasted extremely old. Will NEVER return to this locationagain and encourage everybody to avoid it as well. Read more

Pricing errors and gouging! I ordered a Venti Cookie Crumble, same as always. It's around $7 with an upcharge for cream instead... of oatmilk. Today at about 10:30 I was charged $10 for it. I told her that was incorrect and repeated my order to be sure therewas no miscommunication. The drink was made right but I was running late and didn't have time to argue with her over pricing. Ilooked on the app and sure enough it's $7 and some odd change. Please educate your employees and double check your machines tobe sure it's correct! Read more

I went there on march 19th around 10:15 in the morning and there was a line in the drive through but not too long so I... understand there was a rush but this is not okay. I paid about $5 for each of these just for them not to be full. I also waitedat the same spot for 10 minutes at least. The sticker does say light ice on all 3 so there?s no reason why 2 out of the 3 shouldbe not even full. I?m disappointed. Every time I go to this Starbucks I have to wait for a long time. I?m normally not one tocomplain about normal little screwups because I too work in the food industry, I get they may be understaffed but this simply isnot okay. I paid $5 for each for them to not even be full. You would think that they would want their customers to leave happyand with a full cup they could?ve at least added more ice to make it look fuller. I have been coming to this place for years. I have been having constant issues lately. My sister is a Starbucks barista and she... instructs me how to order drinks to avoid confusion. But hey 4 times this week now my drink was made incorrectly. What happenedto this place!? Also thanks for skipping my espresso today. Will probably be in tomorrow.
