Honestly do I even begin? My brother nicest person has been a customer regularly at the Starbucks! He goes there 3-5 times a... week. Due to autism, he has (dysarthria) speech pronunciation problem. So today (12-07-22)8 AM in the morning I happen to beriding with him. He asked me if I needed coffee I said sure thank you! So we go through the drive-through he orders his usualdrink and the he tries to order mine with fewer more ingredients than his. And this is when I heard the most condescendingrudest Starbucks, barista voice. First, She?s very impatient, she kept interrupting him, while he tried to pronounce the words,?do you mean vanilla?!! Very rude tone, it was so uncomfortable we come to the window he pays for the drink. I tried to fix theorder she did not listen to me. They gave us the drink. I told him it was wrong and they asked us to add money for vanillasyrup. My brother paid for the drinks, and he drove from that window so fast because he didn?t want to start an argument. Wewere both very upset and confused about the interaction. All of this was unnecessary. Not all your customers speak best wayfits! You will have customers with accents, other customers with autism you need to treat everyone with respect because they?repaying customers! Read more

They really need to check their attitudes... was ordering in the nicest way possible & the chick taking my order would just... reply in a rudely manner... it really makes your coffee taste bitter... but checking the reviews no one has answered any of thereviews... it just shows management doesn't give 2 *****.... This is literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Every time I go they're out of something. Every. Time. Like basics like... vanilla syrup, cold brew, or cream. And yet when I inevitably go to another Starbucks they always have it. So clearly it's notsupply chain issues but a bad purchasing manager. The line is always crazy long too so even getting my drink I had to changefrom supply issues takes like a full 15 minutes. It's insane how bad this place is. I've officially given up on them andstarted driving the extra few minutes to a functional Starbucks. Read more

Worst possible Starbucks drive thru experience. When the cars are all the way out the drive thru into the Holiday parking lot... (has been this way since September 1), it's more than obvious something with your POS changed. Why on earth would you thinkreally bad service is the answer? Won't be back. Read more

Very slow drive-thru service, you're unable to redeem any rewards unlike other Starbucks locations, and can't use the mobile app... at this location. Why bother going to this location? Read more

Was there today at about 4:30pm and we went through the drive through. It took nearly 16 minutes to get our drinks. Not sure... what was going on but they just said ?sorry for the wait? but it was ridiculous and unfortunately there was not a way to get outof line and leave cause there is no room to drive besides the drive through lane.
