I went to this Subway on a Tuesday morning, the sign said they opened at 9. I waited a few minutes. Someone else went to the... door and tried to open but it was locked. The employee came to the door and unlocked it. I went inside. The other customer wasjust standing there on his phone. He may not have been a customer maybe just an off-duty employee. The actual employee ignoredme for 5 minutes. I gave up and left. Would have been nice to have at least been greeted or told I?ll be right with you. I won?tgo back here. Read more

2 girls playing on phone while rest of team were swamped. No bread, no roasted chicken, out of a lot of things so I ordered... Monster instead since they were out of alot of items. I had a coupon and coupon could not be used with Monster. Will not be backto this location. I can see why Subway is struggling outrageous prices for terrible service. Read more
My family and I ordered lunch from this location as we enjoy Subway more than any other sandwich shop. Once our food came, my... daughters noticed that hair was BAKED INTO the bread. I have never seen anything like that in my life! It was absolutelydisgusting! That happened on 2/4/22 and needles to say, we've never returned and have no intention to do so. I went in to the store to grab a quick sandwich and the girl working was really mean. She snapped at me when I miss heard her... speak and when I tried to be nice to her and make conversation she would just look at me and not say anything. I know everyonehas bad days so maybe it just wasn?t a good day for her but I left the store almost in tears because of the way she spoke to me.The sandwich was fine but customer service was rough. Sandwiches here always taste great and everything is always fresh! But unfortunately while coming here lately the sandwiches... have been looking sad. Last week mine had veggies all clumped in one spot and poorly made. Just came here again today and Iunwrapped the sand which and it looked like someone had punched it????! I worked at this particular subway for about three weeks until I was fired for seemingly no reason! As a trainee I was always... trying to learn new things and watch the more experienced workers work. When ever I worked I always felt I was the hardest oneworking. I would serve customers, do dishes, clean the work station and tables, cut boxes, prep food, and more. Some of theother workers were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They would throw water cups filled with water in them all over at each other and aroundthe store. They would also be on there phones in the back room while I was actually being productive. I could go on foreverabout things they did. Anyways, I was fired for ?not working and just standing around?. I was shocked because I was always theone working while some of the other workers slacked off. This subways really needs a new manager and some new workers. Read more
