These servers need to learn to treat guests with respect. Restaurant was manned by 3 teenagers with sass. One was literally in a... hoodie and crossed arms, swaying like he couldn't wait for today to be over. Furthermore, once we received our breakfast 35minutes after ordering, the potatoes were slimy and floppy. Zero crisp. The cooks probably threw cold oil and raw potato into apan and just let the taters soak up the oil. Disgusting and I expected better because I've have much better experiences here. Read more
Food was really good, but on the service end it seemed like nobody really cared at all. Us and many other people walked in... assuming a host would seat us. Moments later, a "server" rudely mentioned we could just sit at a table but we wouldn't get anyfood. Instead we had to order first in the hyvee area, get a number, then find a table. Management, you need to please put up asign that tells your customers this. As I mentioned, other people did the same exact thing as us. Not good. The ice machine was dirty. There was no staff at the front and we had to go find someone. 2 people were working. We... had to track down the bartender who was standing between the legs of some other employee in a booth. There were a couple kissingtoward the back. The tables were dirty. Our chili was cold. We waited 45 min for shakes that we had to go ask for. It was an allaround hot mess. We LOVED Hyvee Maket Grille. We will NOT be back to Wahlburgers. Read more
Not too much to say. I had breakfast here, having pancakes, sausage links, and some fresh fruits, and overall, I personally... liked it. The other two with me though... not so much. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars. It was fairly fast (not entirely within4 minutes, roughly 4 and a half minute), clean (besides my seat, unlucky I suppose), and the staff was fine (only saw oneperson, saw reviews of this place being understaffed). They did have some samples of orange juice, though, so that was nice.Another group, unrealted to my group, came in and waited roughly 5-8 minutes for their food, so you can use that however youwant. A person from my group of 3 stated that they disliked the loudness of the music as it was turned up roughly a minute afterwe go here and sat down. Read more
Extremely slow service ~45 minutes for 3 of us. Ordered the Our Burger and thought I got a kids burger it was so small. But it... was delicious. Wish I could say the same for the burnt onion rings. I normally don't leave reviews but this was slow, faroverpriced and underwhelming. Should have went to Culvers. Read more
Really disappointing food. BBQ wings were genuinely gross, tasted like ketchup. Wife wasn't impressed with her burger.. luckily... the chicken tenders were edible. Clean restaurant and good staff saved this place from 1 star. Read more
They had you order up front and I had to hold my son the whole time, but all I wanted to do was sit down and order. Then the... young man taking our order did not know the menu and I had questions about the egg rolls, after that I then I ordered and theywere out off the Mac salad and the egg rolls. The young man thought it was funny and after all that we get our food and theburger for my sister is under cooked! Fkn gross!!! It's a so-so burger place. It's convenient and easy because it's attached to Hy-Vee, but not worth going out of your way... for. The chicken sandwich was decent, the jalapeno burger was just ok, the Juicy Lucy was the best meal we ordered. The thing weliked the most was the small side order of tater tots.... The prices are much too high for the quality, quantity, and overalltaste they gave us. Read more
