This Bojangles in Shallotte needs a larger work staff, terribly. My sandwich seemed to have a chicken breast tasted old, had... yucky flavor. Fries were cold, but the Cheering was perfect! Female employee was slapping orders together without even a pauseto check if condiments were needed. I requested ketchup and waited 5 minutes to request and get my ketchup. She was mostannoyed, as she was describing to the only other employee. The food was horrid, sandwich was too old to even eat, fries oversalted and cold. I tried to speak with the young lady who took and delivered my food in a to go bag, even though I told her Iwas eating in dining room. I would not recommend this resturant to my worst enemy! Cashier was friendly. Service was slow but it's a busy Sunday so I can understand. Normally I'd give 4 stars at least. However,... I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit and the center of my filet was completely raw. Took them over 5 minutes to replace. No one tookresponsibility for it, I was not offered a refund and the employees had an attitude about it. Check your chicken folks. Read more
I just discovered Bojangles and their biscuits and gravy are to die for! So I came in just now and was told they don't have it... at this hour! I was so sad but Ray who was helping me was so kind and helpful he turned my frown upside down in no time andquickly filling my order all while working the drive-thru and completing those orders! The majority of Bojangles were closed down in Florida years ago. The nostalgia factor had me craving their crispy cajun style... chicken on our road-trip. Unfortunately, my memories were fonder than the actual product. My wife had to regurgitate her foodafter one bite. I?m known for my hearty appetite but even I struggled to get my food down. Ordered around lunchtime, not busy at all....ordered 3 piece supremes combo for my wife...Got home and this is what she got. One... piece the size of a chicken nugget, one old burnt piece, and one decent piece...tried for nearly 2 hours and phone was alwaysbusy.... Read more
I get that this isn't an easy job, and that everyone is short staffed. But man, being downright surly and mean to people is just... not ok. The store was a mess (the drink machine had water just streaming out of it), there was no tea, and the whole place justlooked dirty. And the poor guy running the register needs a vacation. I hope this place can get the staffing it needs becauseBOY they could use some support. Read more
