Part of the order was incorrect. But the food was hot and fresh.
Just tried to order at the drive thru and first dude acted like it was rocket science. Then woman got on the head set and... attempted (i think) to try to finish taking our order, but then proceeded to ask "is it 8 o'clock? it's 8 o'clock, right?" Idon't see why it matters since you are open until 11. I guess they hired addicts to work night shift. Smdh. Read more
Service, Food, etc. Needs improvement and I No it can be done, I remember when they first opened thur the Year's, it was great... everything about Burger King ???? then I'd notice everything is going down again, Then pick back up again with managementchanged year's ago it used to be the best hangout after skating, Any game's, party's either way ALL businesses are strugglingright now so I'm pretty sure Burger King ???? will be Great again really SOON. Typical Burger King but the service was great. Sade was the woman that took my order. She was very nice and polite. The drive... thru was about 15 deep and my food still came out very fast. Read more
I love BK but after today's visit I won't be back. 3 customers and all tables dirty, the floor were dirty, the drink machine was... not operating properly told the lady and she just stood there and looked at me. What great help you have working there! Read more
Nate is awesome. My whopper meal took nearly 7 minutes to arrive on tray but Nate kept checking on it and letting me know about... the status. He is always a fantastic associate. Thanks Nate in Monroe! Read more
The food is good and most of the management there is nice, but I was recently made aware of an older male manager with a... mustache that doesn't respect the personal space of the female employees that work there. Rubbing up against them should not betolerated. Also, check you change because he almost short changed a friend of mine. Thank goodness she realized it before sheleft the window. Read more
