Tried Eggs Up this morning for the first time. It did not disappoint. I?ve never considered putting corned beef hash on eggs... Benedict before, but I?m glad they did. This was an absolutely wonderful choice for breakfast if you like corned beef and eggsBenedict. The corned beef was some of the best I?ve ever had. The home fries weren?t crispy at all, which was disappointing.However they were really well seasoned and I enjoyed the flavor. The coffee isn?t great, but that might be a city waterissue. Not the best experience! Food was great which is why there are 3 stars instead of one but our server Brigid stayed on her phone.... We sat for 15 minutes before she even came over to take our drinks. Food was fast but we were ready to leave before she evercame back to check on us because she stayed on her phone behind the counter. As someone in the service industry I give tons ofgrace and still gave a full tip that she did not earn but hope she learns to do better because we will ask for someone else nexttime and your customers make all the difference! An excellent breakfast experience! We ordered the Southern Staples breakfast and the Bananas Foster French Toast. Oh and also a... grilled and buttered blueberry muffin! Everything was served quickly, hot, and with a smile. Prices are reasonable and theservice is excellent. One last thing...the iced coffee was bold and smooth. We waited as expected on a Sunday. Once we were seated with menus, we had plenty of time to.look over them. Just as we were... wondering when our waitress might come, along came Megan! She had our order and our beverages to us in minutes. She was fun towatch as she fulfilled every request from diners!
