Love the drive-thru they have great pizza don't have to wait so long
The manager was very nice. She carried my order out to my car for me. I didn't even ask. I had just had neck surgery and was in... pretty rough shape. I went to reach for the pizzas and she said no. The food is okay but the employees are horrible. Not a single smile or greeting from any of them, I felt like I was bothering... them making an order close to closing. The girl's name was Rebecca that just treated me like a nobody. I could tell the twoemployees are just carrying on having a good time before I showed up, and really didn't want to do anything. Went through the drivethrough to order a lunch special. Was told to park and wait for ten minutes for pizza. After 30 minutes... went back inside to get refund. He said I was supposed to drive back around. I never had before and didn't mention I had to.Bad part I was parked right in front of window. Went in and placed an order while it was being made I stood there and watched a young lady preparing pizzas she has shoulder... length hair and step back from the counter and stroked her hair with her hands then pulled it back and put a rubber band aroundit step back up to the prep table continue to make pizzas not wearing gloves not washing her hand I have been in the restaurantbusiness for many years and this is very unsanitary I brought it to the managers attention and she would like Oh I?ll Speak toher no you don?t speak to her you go back and correct the issues get her off the line I hope no one gets sick I know I won?tcause I?ll never go back there never Read more
Horrible service, pizza was wrong, wasn't cut right at all. Me and my 4 year old son got sick. The dough was old. The sauce was... old. My son had a allergic reaction to the bacteria in the food. We might be suing. I've been in culinary along time and let metell you, when all your staff doesn't care about the product and they are all high as a kite... The business will suffer andultimately fail and possibly be shut down. I listened to my autistic son cry for 3 hours because his cheese pizza wasn't cutright and tasted funny. How dare these people give service with a smile. I felt like I was being joked around with after thefact and there's nothing funny about people getting sick off an establishments food. This is what you get when you order the Extra Most Bested Cheese, they give you Pepperoni. The problem is this is not the first... time doing that, or having other issues. I was then told by the store manager that if I want a replacement or refund I wouldhave to come back to the store. I ALREADY PAID TO GET THERE, PAY THE BILL AND GET HOME. NOW I HAVE TO WASTE MORE MONEY TO GETWHAT IS OWED!!! How is that right. They money people get for a wage, the less work they are doing, OBVIOUSLY. Read more
