Place is always clean and nice looking, I ordered pizza and they make it instantly love the fast services!!
App took my order, food was ready before leaving home according to app. Get there and find them closed! In the middle of the... afternoon. Wasted my time and gas. I got a response from them stating they have equipment issues and parts are hard to find. Sowhy did the app take my money for a closed location? What about people who only have minutes to grab lunch? Order food to be picked up at 9:15 pm for lunch the next day at work. I went to pick it up at 9:25 pm when it said it was ready... for pick up I get there and they are closed. Ps on there web site it tells you that they close at 10 pm. That place is ajoke. Read more
Finally learned my lesson about ordering from this place. No matter when I order there is always a reason as to why my order... wasn't received...the system is never working so DO NOT PLACE ORDERS bc they will NOT receive them! This has happened so much Iknow the managers name and it never fails! Smh now on top of no lunch I can't get my money back until I can go into the store atsome point to prove I placed an order that I didn't get. Read more
The fact that I DID work at Subway in Shamokin for a year and 5 months AND I know MORE things that happen behind closed doors... there than what the average people know. This location seriously should be CLOSED. Management is the WORST. No one checksexpiration dates ON anything. Disgusting. Minimal to NO washing hands. You have some people who are SLOW and will neverunderstand nothing. And you have workers that just DONT care to be there for CUSTOMERS and have no sense of humor. . Worst subway I've ever been to. Second time going to the shamokin location and both times have been less than ideal. They take... forever, busy or not. The first time the food was at least correct. The most recent visit... they had FOUR people on line and ittook 15 minutes from start to finish. The bread was a little crisper looking than I wanted but I didnt say anything... wish Iwould have now because maybe I would have gotten the right sandwich. I asked for spicy Italian and (my fault for not watchingthem like a hawk while making my sandwich) I got a pepperoni sandwich. I tried calling the business and no one picked up. Onlyate it because I was hungry. We live in coal township but we are driving to the Elysburg location from now on. Read more
It's good sometimes it all depends on who is working. Because some of the workers don't put as much effort into making your... food. Others are more happy and energetic while they work. But overall the food is good, the store is clean and it's supposedlyhealthy. Read more
